In the Whale of a Time Community we are expressing ourselves creatively whilst having a lot of fun and raising awareness about environmental issues. We hope to draw attention to important issues that have a huge environmental impact on our planet. We offer a platform for people of all walks of life to share their inspirations through their creative message in which we aim to reflect the beauty of nature.
We believe that education should be fun, creative and motivating to encourage a positive attitude. Our creative messages aim to express how we feel about each other, how we see the world and what is important to us. If we don't like to see suffering, we should first try to find this feeling inside ourselves. This is where change really begins.
Only if we live consciously, sustainably, spreading love and light in this life we can make a huge difference for ourselves and every being on this planet. A healthy and well-balanced ecosystem is intrinsically interlinked with human wellfare. We are not of this world, but we are part of this living organism which we call planet Earth. The rainforests are the extensions of our lungs. Planet Earth is not a resource but our source. We need to learn to feel inside our hearts and treat our planet and all beings with love, respect and kindness. We believe that only if we feel, recognise and sense the true beauty of nature inside us, we can appreciate what we have and have the will and passion to save it.
By joining the Whale of a Time Community members become "Friends of the Whale". The Whale of a Time Community is an opportunity where you can express your creative message in form of art, music, writing / poetry, photography, film and documentary or whatever turns you on. We promote ancient traditions and wisdom of indigenous cultures that connect us with our roots in nature. The Whale of a Time Community is also a platform for social and environmental campaigns and encourages experts in scientific fields to share their expertese for a better world.
